As soon as the item reaches us, in good condition, you will receive a full refund minus the cost of our postage to you.

Paintings are not framed, and an allowance of between £50 and £100 has been made in the price you pay (depending on the painting size)– to allow you to have the painting framed appropriately.

We have chosen to send the paintings in this way for a number of reasons.... Firstly, we recomend that the paintings are framed behind glass, and this obviously presents difficulties in transport - in fact, many Couriers refuse to handle paintings which include glass, due to the fact that any breakage would also likely cause damage to the painting.

This method of transport has the added advantage of allowing you to have the painting framed in a style which is of your own chioce.

We are always happy to answer any questions, so please feel free to ask any questions which may not have been included above.
